Eat Your Heart Out at Michelin Star Lume Milano this Valentines Day
A peaceful oasis nestled within the W37 complex in the Navigli district in Milan, LUME is the perfect spot for a romantic evening this Valentine’s Day. Built on the concept of ‘Heritage Meets Evolution’, LUME offers Italian cuisine with a twist in a seven-course menu. Dishes include Blooming sea bass and hibiscus infusion, Lemon risotto with turnip top extraction, and Muscovy duck and orange flavoured salmon.
For Sybarite’s Chef Luigi has chosen Scrambled oyster from the Valentine’s Day menu.
Lume is situated in an industrial setting inside the former Richard Ginori factory, in the Naviglio Grande area, Milano.
LUME opened in June 2016 and was awarded its first Michelin star in December that same year.
