With the Christmas holidays nearly upon us, it’s time to clear out the drinks cabinet and make way for some truly divine festive tipples!
Ketel One Vodka
Ketel One is distilled by the Nolet family in Schiedam, the Netherlands. The distillery was founded in 1691 by Joannes Nolet and is currently managed by the 10th and 11th generations of Nolet distillers. Using carefully selected European wheat and a combination of modern and traditional distilling techniques, Ketel One Vodka is an exceptional product, both crisp to taste and soft on finish. It is also perfect for Christmas cocktails.
Lanique Spirit of Rose
Enjoyed for over 200 years throughout European aristocracy by kings, queens and emperors, Lanique is the pure distillation of 18th- century splendour recreated in a modern world. Lanique is created by steam-distilling thousands of hand-picked rose petals, sourced from the East. Once steam distilled, the rose petals release The Attar of Rose, a liquid that is more valuable, gram for gram, than gold itself! The Attar of Rose is then added in a slow, multi-part process with carefully selected sugars and a neutral grain spirit. The complex distillation process creates a truly unique flavour of Turkish Delight, a hint of cherry and the gorgeous aroma of the most beautiful Damascene rose. Lanique can be added to favourite mixers, lends a splash of sophistication to sparkling wine and champagne or adds a rosy twist to a classic cocktail.
