As I savoured the delectable offerings prepared by a very skilled chef, my gaze wandered from the majestic silhouette of Big Ben to the illuminated facade of Buckingham Palace, each sight enhancing the culinary journey. Sip on handcrafted non-alcoholic cocktails crafted with Everleaf Mountain, a botanical aperitif featuring Sakura extract, and savour dishes such as Tuna, Snow Crab, Scallop Oshizushi, and Australian Wagyu Sirloin with Cherry Teriyaki sauce. As I indulged in the symphony of flavours, I found myself enchanted by the ephemeral beauty of Sakura. I was not sure what to expect with this menu but I can confirm I will be heading back to Aqua Kyoto, especially for their incredible dessert menu.

With every bite, I discovered a new layer of taste, a fusion of flavours that left my taste buds tingling with delight. My husband is adamant that there is no other Lobster like the one at the Chinese Cricket Club in the city.
